Additional Guests
Your Circle of Excellence trip inclusions are for you and three guests. If you would like, you may buy in additional guests of your immediate family at your own expense. You may sign up for these additional guests during registration.
Additional Guest Buy-in Fees
- $1,600 ages 21 and over
- $1,200 ages 6 to 20
- $500 under age 5
Included in Buy-in Fee:
- Round-trip transfers between the hotel and airport
- Hospitality food and beverages July 27–31
- Hosted Activities on July 28 and 29
- Welcome and Farewell Dinners on July 27 and 30
- Breakfast on July 30
Not Included in Buy-in Fee:
- Airfare
- Extension nights and hotel fee for extension (if extending)
- Additional activities on own
- Additional hotel room if needed
- Transfers outside of main group arrival and departure dates
Miscellaneous Notes
- Airfare costs for additional guests are a personal expense and will not be paid by LexisNexis Risk Solutions. The service fee for booking flights through LexisNexis Risk Solutions Travel Headquarters is $75 per ticket.
- All changes and cancellations to additional guests’ air travel arrangements after booking are a personal expense.
- A maximum of four people is allowed in a double-bedded room.
- There is a charge of $100 per person per night (plus tax) for more than two adults over the age of 18 in one room.
- If you book a second room for your additional guests, the cost is $585 per night, plus tax (double occupancy), and is based upon availability. These charges will be at your own expense to be paid upon checkout.
- All costs for additional guests will be charged to your credit card on July 8, 2026. If you change or cancel after July 8, the costs are nonrefundable and a personal expense.
