Attire Tips
Smart Casual attire will be appropriate for most of your time in Marrakech. Don’t forget to pack a swimsuit if you plan to use the resort pools. You may also want to bring layers for cooler evening temperatures and air-conditioned rooms.

While traveling in Marrakech, it’s best to blend in with the locals. The more you look like a tourist, the higher the likelihood of being targeted by pickpockets. Here are a few tips for what to wear while out and about:
- Wear conservative and neutral styles
- Skip the bling; accessorize with scarves
- Choose pants over shorts
- Bring comfortable walking shoes
- Don’t wear baseball caps or adorned T-shirts
- Respect religious churches/monuments (bare arms, shorts and backless or short dresses are considered inappropriate)
- Bring a jacket, sweater or fleece pullover
- Pack light gloves and a scarf
Golf
Perfect for Golf at Al Maaden Golf Course

- Bermuda-length shorts, skirts, capris or khakis
- Polo-style or sleeveless shirts with collars
- Soft-spiked golf shoes or smooth-soled tennis shoes
